“Our fridge/freezer was not functioning properly. We were going to buy a new one because our fridge is over 15 years old. However, we spoke with Brandon and told him what we were experiencing. He advised us that he could fix it and save us lots of money. Turns out it was just the relay that needed to be replaced. Brandon took his time explaining everything he did to help me understand the problem and fix it myself next time if it fails. Fast forward 3 months later. We had a bad storm and a power surge ended up frying the relay he used. Without question, he came back the next day to replace the relay again and service the fridge due to his warranty. Super nice guy, honest, and effective technician. Grateful for his services and the way he operates. Highly recommend.”

“I would highly recommend Rockbridge Appliance Repair. I recently used their services to diagnosis and repair my washer. From scheduling an appointment through completing the service call they were excellent. I called one afternoon and they were able to schedule an appointment the following day. Not only did they come on time, but came in the middle of a snow storm. Brandon was fantastic! He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he switched out of his boots before entering the house. He took his time diagnosing the problems I was having and was able to resolve them. Since one problem I was having was intermittent, he also offered to come back if the problem reoccurs within 90 days. I'll definitely be using them in the future!”
