Master certification

I hold a master certification in appliance repair. It is a full set of exams, not a one-day class. The tests cover the machines I see in your home: refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and ranges.

It helps me slow down, find the real problem, and explain it in plain words before any work starts.
